I have always loved to write. As a child, I wrote my first novel, only to be politely rejected by my publisher of choice.
Life got in the way - university, marriage and children became the priority. Then once I had time to start reading again, the writing bug bit once more.
My first novel will remain an unpublished "learning experience". My second novel, Question of Birth,may, with many revisions, be publishable one day.
My third novel, an inspirational romance entitled Wyndermere House, was a finalist in the 2008 Golden Heart Award, a very exciting surprise! And I have now just completed a trilogoy set in the fictional town called Rainbow Falls, North Dakota The working titles are Threads of a Tapestry, Hometown Healing and A Heart's Redemption.
Home for me is Brampton, Ontario, Canada (near Toronto), where I live with my husband of 26 years, our two children and two cats. My day job is a part-time secretary at a local church. In my spare time, I like to research our family history on-line.
I am a member of the Romance Writers of America, the Toronto Romance Writers and the American Christian Fiction Writers. My association with such amazing groups of people has been the biggest asset toward learning my craft.
